Fantastic Service, great value, and lovely cars!!!I've been coming to Saabtech Glossop for just over 6 years and Richard, Lauren and the team have impressed me immensely over that time. They are always friendly, passionate about the cars, and so knowledgeable about parts and repairs. They are also so flexible in terms of fitting in work and booking in courtesy cars, and recommending cost effective solutions and strategies to help get the best value from my cars. The last car they sold me was a 9-3 Tid Sportswagon which was a joy to drive, super comfy and reliable, a really practical vehicle, with lovely design details. It's such a shame they don't make saabs anymore. Sometimes going to a garage with your car can be like going to the dentists - horrible but necessary - but going to Saabtech is like going to the hairdressers where you leave having had a nice chat and feeling better about yourself than you did when you went in. For me, Saabtec is like a day out. A Saab convert nearly 3 years ago, I like visiting Saabtec as there are Saab's everywhere! I drop my 9-5 off for the required work then I can easily spend an hour just looking at all the Saab's parked up.I come from Huddersfield, so it's hardly convenient, but I see it as a day out, I get a courtesy car, a Saab of course, and I spend the day visiting some attraction nearby.Saab specialists are thin on the ground now, but Saabtec know everything there is about them. If you're up north, then this is the place to come for your Saab maintenance, price is reasonable too.

Amazing friendly professional service, diagnosed the fault and fixed within 2 hours, well worth the 220 mile round trip, truly a Saab specialist, wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Have been using saabtec for 10 years now and have to say they really are brilliant at what they do, they have always been honest and thorough with my vehicle and their knowledge is impeccable as well as their customer service.

From the time we bought our first Saab off Richard at Saabtec many years ago, they have been excellent. Honest and great mechanics with a thorough knowledge of Saabs.Lovely bunch of people- don't hesitate to take your Saab there.

Went to deliver car to them for steering column lock problem. As we had travelled a distance they rearranged their schedule and had car ready within 3 hours. Fantastic service and reasonably priced. Thank you.

It is 30 years since I bought my first Saab from the main dealership in Manchester. Richard Elliott at that time was the After Sales Manager there. Since opening his own business in Glossop, Richard has cared for my fleet of Saab cars with care and diligence. His whole team is approachable and knowledgeable. It's over 25 miles each way for me .... but well worth the journey!

I've been going to SaabTec, Glossop, for around 10 years now and wouldn't take my Saab anywhere else. Richard and his team are extremely knowledgeable, the service is A1 and the cost very reasonable. I'm on my third Saab now and bought my current convertible from him.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
