I just had to write this review as I was so pleased with the results of my lovely clean carpets.James was punctual,polite and above all professional!I had some pet odours due to having a new puppy and was really pleased because he was able to get my carpets clean and odour free.I will definitely be using this excellent service again and recommend this business highly.Also great value for money! Very reasonable too.

We used Vale Carpet Cleaning to clean our stairs, landing and lounge. They were very professional and polite. Very impressed with the level of service and the results from the carpet cleaning. Was surprised at just how much dirt and muck came from what appeared to be already clean looking carpets. Highly recommended!

1st class service - needed cream carpets cleaned which were filthy from kids dropping stuff all the time. They managed to get all the stains off the carpets and they look like new again. Will def use again. Thanks

I am a Property Landlord and have used a few Cardiff carpet cleaning companies at the end of tenancies with average results. BUT the other day James from Vale Carpet Cleaning came and cleaned the light beige carpets in one of my apartments and did a FANTASTIC job of getting them thoroughly clean - just like NEW and smelling absolutely delicious!!!He even cleaned right into the edges around the skirting boards removing those horrible dark marks. Plus all the dark track marks and stains.I will most definitely be using this company again for carpet cleaning at all my properties at the end of every tenancy in the future.I can most HIGHLY RECOMMEND - thank you James.

Wanted a freshen up of our carpets, they didn't look too bad to start with. Was shocked at the amount of dirt that came out in the carpet cleaners tank. So very pleased we had them cleaned, will definitely get them done more regular, James the carpet cleaner did a cracking job.

Was thinking about replacing our bedroom carpets due to some stains left by our pets, but Vale carpet cleaning managed to get them all removed. A much cheaper option and pleased we used them. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.
