I've been seeing Karen for Deep Tissue Massage for over 12 months now. My back has improved greatly. I no longer have pain and now go regularly to ensure that my muscles are kept in a position where my bad posture doesn't cause me issues.I can't recommend Karen enough, very friendly and helpful. We value her input so much that most of my close family also visit her.

Excellent service rendered. Alex has helped me recover from my muscle spasms and lower back pains. He’s very good at what he’s doing and very knowledgeable too. I would totally recommend for anyone who has back problems to give it a go at Parker & Jones.

It was my first time to have Acupuncture. I felt relaxed from my first appointment with Sam Watson. The whole process was relaxing as I was not sure of how I would feel about needles. Having had 3 sessions so far, it’s been a great experience. Sam Watson is brilliant. The treatment is helping with my shoulder pain. Such a huge improvement on my overall health being. I highly recommend Parker & Jones Manual Therapy Clinic.

My partner suggested I visit her physio due to a long standing issue with my shoulder.I’m glad I did as my problem was diagnosed as also involving my chest, neck and back, which was causing my shoulder to be pulled out of line.Even though the path has at times been painful, I am on the way to recovery with my flexibility improving within my shoulder joint.Thank you StaceyHighly recommended

I cannot thank Alex enough for the excellent treatment and care I have recieved from him over the last 2 years.Alex is professional, approachable and a good listener.I have not been in the best of health over the last year, but Alex has been very supportive and encouraging throughout and now I am enjoying life again.I would not hesitate to recommend Alex to anyone seeking a first class practitioner.

Having slipped and putting my back out at work Alex assessed and explained my issues and put a plan together to correct the issues and get me back to work.With a combination of manipulation and advised physio I was back to work .I would highly recommend anyone to use Parker and jones services as they are professional and human and do their best to get you back to being you.
