SureStore - Self Storage Bury

Jessica answered my initial phone call, I had many questions, she answered them thoroughly, kindly and super efficiently. I met Emily on arrival, she was super helpful and really friendly. Thank you both so much for making my stressful situation easy and stress free. Can’t thank you enough.

Moved my belongings into SureStore Bury over the weekend having been in discussions with the staff for the previous couple of weeks. The whole facility is spotless & tidy and access to my unit is so straightforward. I want to say a huge thank you to Jess who was so accomodating and friendly during the induction.

I've been at SureStore for 2 months. Staff are so kind and understanding. Putting your life into storage can be a traumatic experience. The team at Bury were fantastic and patient, even though I kept setting the alarm off !!!!!!!!

We have used SureStore a few times and they are always very happy to help, we’ve never had a single issue. The customer service is excellent, the way it used to be. Jessie and Emily are both lovely and Jessie was so nice setting up our new unit and explaining everything and showing us around.The site is always clean and tidy too. Highly recommend this facility.

Absolutely first-rate experience. Having had most of my belongings in storage for the past half-year, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SureStore to anybody in a similar situation. The building is immaculate, access is effortless, but most importantly: the operation is run more akin to a 5-star hotel than self storage. Jessie and Emily are two of the most friendly, professional, and accommodating people you'll ever meet. I must have changed my move-out date 10 times over the last few months and was never met with anything other than kindness and accommodations. Huge thanks to both Jessie and Emily, and a no-brainer endorsement for anybody looking for storage space in North Manchester!
