Boness Vets

Have been with Boness vets for about 30 yrs ,excellent service staff so helpful and friendly. All the vets are amazing. Even when the outcome is sad they deal with it with such sensitivity and care . I would highly recommend them.

I find the care and knowledge at Boness is pretty good, happy with that, but the pricing is very high. Highest around and it isn't a cut above for service, which makes it quite poor value.

We have found them to be extremely caring towards our new puppy, very thorough in his first examination and he absolutely loves everybody there. He hardly flinched at his injection as the vet was so good at distracting him. Didn’t try to sell everything to us either like some others I have been to and offered great advise. Can’t fault them at all.

We came to Boness after not being comfortable with our previous vet experience. From the moment we arrived they were warm and welcoming, and from our dog being previously extremely anxious about going to the vets, he was calm, exploring and welcomed by all staff. It was a lovely experience and we’re so happy we made the move! Thank you!

We left this vet due to the staff being rude and unhelpful. After we left we were told that we now owe them money for leaving which is absolutely absurd so we refused to pay them for a service we were not getting. We then required my dogs records from them to give them to the new vet and they refused to send them due to our “outstanding balance” which they are not allowed to do bu the way. The lady was very rude and we told them that they have an obligation to send us the records. In the end they very reluctantly sent them over after we told them that my dog needed serious treatment. AVOID !!

Brilliant service would reccomend you use them. We've never had any problems using them. They were so informative and kind when our dog had to go into there hospital short term.I've never known a dog get so excited at going into a vets. They must be doing something right. We are also part of the busters group which is well worth doing.
