My wife and I used Primary Tree Care to fell a dead tree that we were worried may one day fall into our house. We were very impressed with Joshua and his team's ability to fell the tree in one go, and more so with how controlled and safe the whole process was as the tree is close to the side of our house!Would recommend! Really nice and polite bunch of guys. Took all the timber away and left no mess.

I was having problems with a large oak tree at the bottom of our garden. Mainly due to the amount of shade it was casting and deadwood that would fall off it. Primary tree care visited for a free quotation and explained the best course of action. I can't thank the guys enough. After the crown reduction the garden is so much lighter and safe! Extremely happy with Joshe and his team. Efficent, polite, a vast knowledge of their job and very tidy with their work. Would highly recommend primary tree care!! 5 stars!!! These guys did a great job! They cut back my tree, left it with a good shape plus replaced a fence panel & did an extra repair on my fence without being asked & now it looks as good as new. Good value, polite, tidy, competent and thoroughly pleasant. They exceeded my expectations & am very happy to recommend as they did a stirling job.

Josh came and pruned our 2 very over grown apple trees today, arrived at the time arranged, they did a great job, left the site spotless, the trees have never looked so good in years.Josh also gave us some good advice on what trees/shrubs to plant in our garden.We will certainly use him again and would highly recommend him.

It was a pleasure dealing with this company from start to finish. Josh and team did an excellent job removing a large, dead tree from our garden. Josh was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone, came the next day to take a look and I had the quote that evening. It was very reasonable and I booked him to come the next day. He turned up early and they just got on with the job. No messing around. The tree was dismantled and cleared away in an hour and a half with no damage done. we are very happy with the work and have no hesitation in recommending this company. We would definitely use them again if necessary.

We have several trees running along our boundary which were becoming overgrown and unruly. I contacted Josh, who came promptly and gave us advice as to how he would deal with them, and also gave us an estimate.He arrived promptly, and checked to ascertain that we were happy for him to carry out the work as previously discussed. He was polite, courteous and friendly, and got on with the work speedily. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly. The garden was left scrupulously clean and tidy. We were given advice for care of the trees in the future. Within hours of the work being done, I received both invoice and receipt of payment. I would highly recommend using this business.

We had a line of 14 or so 60ft+ Leylandii that had been left by the previous owner to grow into monstrous proportions! Felling them involved getting permission from the land owner of a horse grazing field on our boundary (bringing them in to our own garden was not possible due to the size and lack of access) after searching the googles I contacted companies including Primary Tree Care and got quotes, although Josh was very competitively priced, he arrived with enthusiasm and with such a positive attitude I would have given the work to him regardless of price if I'm honest. Once the tree's were disposed off, Josh ensured the field was left exactly as he found it, taking care to clean up chippings, unavoidable divets, and re-erect the electric fence for the horses. The land owner was really happy and impressed. On our side of the boundary we needed a featherboard fence erected which Josh and the team also took care of, it's faultless, looks great and will no doubt stand the test of time. Josh and the team clearly love the work they do, put the customer front and centre, and bring with them not only vast knowledge and tools but a professional attitude and work ethic that's unrivalled.

The team at Primary Tree Care LTD undertook work on my silver birch tree. Josh is very knowledgeable and the work was undertaken very quickly. The team that arrived were polite, efficient and very professional. They caused minimal disruption to my neighbours and did an exceptional job at tidying up afterwards, I highly recommend them.

We requested a quote from Primary Tree Care regarding a tree reduction that was blocking sun light into our garden and some hedge trimming work. Josh arrived on time and promptly after I initially requested the quote and advised a course of action. His quote was by far the most reasonable and suited our needs. We proceeded with the works, Josh and the team arrived when they said they would and were polite, tidy and respectful. The work was completely as was described.
