Two guys came just a few days after initial enquiry to fit an outside tap. Did good work, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I emailed the following day to request an invoice (which I was told would be sent to me by the office), no response. Finally get a hand-delivered letter with an invoice over a week later with an 'overdue reminder' note attached telling me that my invoice is 5 days overdue.To summarise - Good work but shoddy admin and no courtesy. Such a shame because it was our first experience - and we'd have been willing to use them again otherwise.

Dealt with Sam Hickman. Absolutely brilliant. We needed our boiler replaced and he did it within a few days. Also got a great deal compared to BOXT. We have now found a great local plumber as a bonus. Really pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Highly recommend this company.From start to finish, They replaced my boiler with a Bosch boiler and I also wasted a Mira shower fitting. Came and quoted on the day and time they said they would. Written quote back within 24 hours of the quote. Very happy with the prices. I accepted the quote and within 1 hour had a fitted date agreed. They fitted the boiler and shower on day and time agreed. They treated my home with respect, like it was their own home. Once the work was completed they cleaned up all the mess. You couldn't tell that they had replaced the boiler and shower as the place was that clean. Great job. They installed the Worcester boiler for my house and were prompt and professional. They answered any questions and concerns we had and gave a very reasonable price. I don't recommend companies lightly, however these guys really deserve the accolades. As a household with a small baby, a boiler breaking is a very stressful situation. After a few days of excruciating drama with the insurance company B J Hickman were a breath of fresh air.They quoted for a new Worcester boiler based on photos of existing boiler and brief questions on the house needs. They were then on our doorstep bright and breezy the next morning with everything they needed to start the installation and, despite the cramped space, they had the new one up and running with full Hive control within the day.Friendly, professional, Covid-aware and reliable.
