Best care agency ever! Manager cares about his staff but is also strict when they do something wrong. Carers love working for him. Whenever you need help with cover or family issue they don’t hesitate to cover you. All the negative comments are from ex employees who most likely have caused safeguarding or endangered someones life. Which explains why they need to make fake accounts cause they are too afraid reveal themselves.

AVOID.Manager and most his office staff all they do is shout and swear at staff (not all office staff were bad) working for them gave me ptsd from constant stress and verbal abuse.

Expected to be yelled at or questioned by the office staff co-ordinators. The professionalism is at its lowest at this branch. I was unfortunate to have to deal with someone by the name of Ammuna or Ameena and i hope when someone is in desperate need she does not answer the phone. You can tell the manager has no authority nor does anyone respect him in the office with the way they conduct themselves. I hope proper training is initiated for office staff to learn basic manners.

Great place to work, very welcoming atmosphere. Office staff are kind and approachable. Deal with all issues with haste and discretion. Hours are great and always plenty of overtime available.

Nationwide looked after my father whose Parkinsons got severely worse until he passed away. They provided genuine care and support for my father and I felt safe in the knowledge that their kind, compassionate carers were doing their best to look after him. Always going out of their way to help my Dad. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
