I was looking to play bowls before covid and found it difficult to find greens open when I saw a link for Harehills BC. After contacting Laura and calling at green one Monday in October 2022 cold and raining people playing bowls too. I commented I thought was like cricket rain stops play BUT no it dose not apparently." ;-) Five days later Laura lent me bowls and joined in the winter pairs and since then I have been hooked
