A very difficult website to use. I think you must be losing business because of it. I have just placed an order and realised that I failed to ask for a from" card to be included but it is impossible to get my query to you as no phone contact is possible."

Poor service and poorer quality products. Steer clear of these.....COWBOYS

If I could give no stars and post I would! The box arrived with a nearly £60 order with no indication of which way it should have been transported. On opening the entire potting medium was out of the two posts and loose in the box. The Orchids were not protected in any way and according to the care card should have been in plastic packaging of some kind. The chocolates were messily stuck onto the inside of the box and the gift card did not have the message I gave you for the card... it was blank! So what was supposed to be a romantic valentines moment was a total fail ad we ae both angry and stressed at having to clear the mess and repot the orchids. This is a total fail by the company. I have written an email but clearly you do not provide customer service as having found your telephone number on Google you had no one to answer the phone. One star is too much. Oh and you proported to be a specialist orchid grower ... there is nothing about this on your nursery Double H Nurseries details.

Open Farm Sunday. Very interesting tour.

Living in a small flat, and no garden, orchids are a joy to have - and far better value than cut flowers.Delighted to have discovered Double H Nurseries and their 'Love Orchids' service - and even happier when they anounce special offers.Pic below shows 3 orchids received this morning. Four for £20, and one has already been used as a present.

Great place to work, with many opportunities.

4 beautiful orchids, in great condition, very quick delivery, well packed so no damage at all. Really pleased, will be ordering again and would definitely recommend.
