Excellent, professional service. Jamie repaired my broken spoke and trued the wheel to perfection. Completed on the same day at a competitive price. It's great to have a local bike shop and such personal service and expert advice. I wish them all the best.

I had a couple of old Raleigh bikes serviced for the first time since we bought them over 30 years ago. Service was quickly completed for a reasonable cost and the bikes now ride much better. Had to take one back for a little tweak to the Derailleur but this was carried out whilst I waited and did the trick. Friendly, helpful and efficient service.

The new shop is keeping up the high standards of the mobile service and the staff are excellent. It's so good to see such a valuable service in the village and I wish it great success.

Ian provides a high quality mobile bike repair and maintenance service. He fully explained all of the issues with both of my bikes (one road bike, one commuter hybrid) and easily completed a full service on both and replaced any components and cables that were worn. This included both chains, a cassette and various other issues with worn cables. Being able to have all this done at home made it so much easier than taking my bikes to a local shop and, in addition, Ian was very prompt and all the work was done on the day with no hassle. I would recommend Ian to anyone looking for a great value and quality bike service.

I was delighted to learn that Ian was local therefore I called to ask about servicing my bike which I hadn’t used for a while. Ian collected my bike the same day that I called (PPE adhered to etc) and he gave me very helpful tips regarding my gears, brakes and general care of my bike which I found to be very informative.The following day Ian promptly returned my bike. When I saw it, I was over the moon as the work Ian had carried out was impressive, my bike looked brand new again! I highly recommend Ian as he clearly knows his stuff. All I need now is decent weather....

Absolutely amazing service. I was struggling to find anyone to service my bike in a short period of time. Ian booked me in within 2 days of my initial contact. Serviced my bike replaced the chain and done extra work to make sure the bike was good as new. What a difference to the ride now! I couldn't recommend Ian enough! Thank you once again!

Needed a crank arm rethreaded and they did it the next day before lunch. Sorted an issue with my brake for free too. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend.

I’d given up trying to get front shifter to work myself. Delivered bike to Spokes just after 9 am and it was ready for pickup early in the afternoon. Cost of parts used was cheaper than they can be bought in shops or online. Changer now works crisply & precisely.
