Excellent service from Mr Parton received yesterday 25 th April. Had a problem with my septic tank after having it emptied by someone else 1 month ago. Mr Parton came out the day after I had called him to discuss my problems about the tank. He diagnosed the problem and emptied my tank and gave me alot of valuable information about my how my septic tank was working. Very prompt and efficient service and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending his service and will be having him back in the future. Paul

Whilst I never had any services from A J Parton due to the distance, Andrew provided me guidance and support to try and help me with a house purchase and a septic tank survey. A J Parton were the only company willing to help me and I am extremely grateful. I would recommend this company solely for the fact they took the time to help knowing full well it wouldn't lead to work for them.

They came out short notice, we had used 2 companies previous. At our wits end we found A.J. Parton. They came out short notice (at a time to suit us, much to our appreciation) they emptied tehe tank, sorted a blockage we struggled with, the tank had been neglected for 6 years by previous occupant. So professional, so polite, very very patient, know their job very very well. Very reasonable price. I will definately recommend and use again!

Excellent service by James and his four legged supervisor. Access to our property and septic tank is quite difficult. AJ Parton were the only company who would come out to us. We would recommend them.

Excellent service, response and affordable. I called on Friday lunchtime and requested a visit for Saturday afternoon, which was arranged by a very pleasant chap with no bother at all. Our tank hadn't been emptied for 8 years and is not ideally positioned however, the friendly guy who came out was very helpful and managed to clear all the blockages for us quickly and efficiently. They didn't require cash or payment upon arrival either and allow you to settle by invoice after the emptying. I would recommend them not not only due to the quick response and good service, but also for the fact their website is quite helpful and informative, and it was easy to do business with them.

From the first moment when I requested a quotation to the completion of the work I was astonished at the efficiency and professionalism shown by James (assisted by his dog Ozzie) in carrying out the work without any fuss in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend them.

From the first contact and immediate responsive reply, booking in the job on my preferred day the very next week, to then greeting the friendly service engineer (John) who proceeded to carry out the job swiftly and effectively.If you need your septic tank emptying, don’t hesitate to ring these guys! I cannot rate this firm highly enough. We were having problems with our drains and were told we needed our septic tank emptied despite having it emptied only 3 months ago by a different firm. Andrew was very helpful on the phone and fitted us in as quickly as possible because of the blockage. Andrew's son came and he was absolutely brilliant - I ended up calling him the Sherlock Holmes of the septic tank world! Not only did he empty the septic tank he then set about trying to find where the blockage was eventually laying on the ground and uncovering an inspection chamber under a hedge which nobody knew was there and which was causing the blockage. He had to cut away a small part of the hedge and dig up the cover which was covered in soil and grass. He did all this with a smile and good humour and he was determined to find the blockage. I cannot thank him enough for his dedication to what is not always a pleasant job! Very professional and couldn't be more helpful. Thank you.
