walstead palce care home is the tidiest and cleanest care home that i have ever been to.i have been to many care homes in burgess hill and hayward heath area,but no one come close to walstead place care home.the staffs are ultra friendly and attentive to resident.plenty of car parking space,the outdoor green environment is great.

Walstead Place Care Home
Walstead is a great place to work, with amazingly dedicated staff. A great example was the Aria launch tea party on the 14th of March, with a great singer and a beautiful high tea! There are regular events going on through the year which are always a big success.

Walstead Place Care Home
Though I have only been working at Walstead place for the last 6 weeks, my initial thoughts are it is an amazing place with lovely staff, comfortable resident rooms, a strong catering department and an amazing activity department who go above and beyond in the most creative ways (such as on valentines day).

Walstead Place Care Home
I spent a week in Walstead Place in November 2021 as a result of a knee injury. The staff could not have been kinder and made sure that the needs of every resident were met with the utmost respect and care. The activities in the afternoon were fun and stimulating and the food was excellent. I could not recommend Walstead more! Rosemary Poole

I am the head chef at Walstead Place and I absolutely love it here , it has a very warm ,homely atmosphere ,and all the staff and management are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble , I honestly don t feel I am at work when I walk through the doors in the morning , instead I feel like I’m entering the residents home and it’s an honour to be there .

When you speak about care. Walstead place provides it’s 24/7 and beyond. My self and team always put the residents first. Leaving at the end of our shift it’s always mixed emotions but we go home knowing we had a good day with the residents. So if you looking for a Caring Home to put your love ones don’t hesitate Walstead is the place to be.

This is a lovely place to work. It feels very homely and like you are part of a family. The grounds are stunning and the building has lots of character with lots of history attached to it. It is a place a would recommend to any of my friends and family.

Walstead Place Care Home
I have been working as a carer at Walstead for a couple of months now. I have never worked at a place so peaceful and so homely like Walstead. I am truly enjoying working here. The staff is amazing to the residents and to one another. There is just so much love here at Walstead. Not forgetting the managment that is so organised. I would recommend Walstead to anyone, anyday.
