AVOID!!! RUDE & UNHELPFUL!!Referred by 111 for a 90 year old family member who was in so much agony and frustration because of a severe rash.Pharmacist spoke purely to me and didn’t even speak to the patient (very bizarre).In short, rude and ignorant.Symptoms re explained even though 111 had sent the details through to the pharmacy.He’d charged an OAP for a drug for which he is exempt. When I’d mentioned the exemption, he responded with ‘this is a business’.Well, i think you need a reality check that you are indeed an NHS PHARMACY and so you abide by NHS medication exemptions by default.We were rightly referred by 111. I’d asked whether he was aware of (he should be if he’s a pharmacist) an equivalent drug for something my family member takes in the event it is the drug which has caused the rash and he’s responded with ‘I can’t advise to stop taking medication’. At which point, I rephrased the question but he didn’t seem to grasp what I was asking so I just totally simplified it and asked if there was anything at all he could advise to take to provide relief (reason 111 referred).He responded with oh that will be a doctor because it might be a steroid. Here we were stood in a pharmacy discussing being advised to take a steroid yet he wouldn’t provide it via 111 from one of his shelves, IN the PHARMACY.He also made snide remarks about not being able to finish on time if someone else walks in which made us feel like we were a burden (we arrived at 8.45pm, it closed at 9pm and it was a 10 min job).Ignored my family member when bye and thank you was said.Disgusting human being.

Phoned up at 7:17pm on Monday 21/5/18 got a rude woman who hung up the phone on me. I asked if they had any drawing cream/ Epsom salts paste she said NO WE DONT! And hung up...

We contacted the pharmacy due to an infected insect bite, they rapidly arranged a phone consultation with a doctor and we collected a prescription shortly afterwards. Total time taken was about 30 minutes. Fast, friendly, efficient service.

Azeem the pharmacist absolutely amazing guy. Genuinely care about his patients. Told him my problem in regards to my diabetes and most pharmacist's would tell you ring 111 and you have to wait hours for a call back then spend more time explaining the problem. He recognised and acknowledged the severity of the situation and help me out big time. There needs to be more pharmacist's like him. Thanks again Azeem top man!

Called to buy some chloramphenicol eye drops for my daughter. Had to wait ages for the staff to stop ignoring me. Then quizzed an out why I wanted it, which I understand and have no problems with. I nearly dropped through the floor when they told me it was £16! For a tiny bottle. I have purchased previously, albeit a couple of years ago and have never paid more than about £5 and much less in some places. I know things are going up but that is daylight robbery. Looked on line and boots charge about £5.50. All I can say is they’re just out to rob folk and I won’t be going again. I was even thinking about switching my prescriptions to them - guess not now. Too expensive and rude staff.

Drove to Pharmacy as they are on the NHS list for walk in covid booster jabs. The pharmacy said they are not doing them today and was not 100% certain if they would be doing them on the Friday probably or possibly was the really helpful answer. That was a waste of my time.

Every prescription I’ve ordered from there has been wrong or missing items. It’s always the medication that I need that they forget to give me, even though they said they have it. Most of the staff are inattentive and don’t seem to care.It’s frustrating to keep going back when they don’t give me the medication I’ve ordered. Save your time and go elsewhere or be prepared to check your prescriptions before you leave

Great place, had to go here as it was the only place open one bank holiday weekend. The pharmacist on was lovely and very efficient, he made sure I knew all I needed to know to take the tablets I was prescribed and was very welcoming.
