I really do not know where we'd be now without James's help, knowledge and expertise. He has gone above and beyond for us time and time again now, and his help has been invaluable. We had no idea where to start and from the very beginning of our project he was able to guide us through the process of design and specification, planning permission and hiring the right tradesmen. We engaged James to draw up and get planning permission for an extension to our house.James listened to our requirement and helped keep us to the objectives through the process. We found him very patient with us.He worked efficiently and was happy to meet up to discuss new ideas and changes to the plan as they arose. Our plans went through planning without issue thanks to James’s knowledge of the local planning rules. He has since remained supportive as we move into the build phase of our plan.We would recommend James and would have no doubt in using his services again should the need arise.
