It was a treat to shop in Earnest Jones Belfast were Janet made the experience light humoured and fun whilst courteous and professional. Janet does this branch proud and we have had no issues with the repairs and maintenance of current jewellery and can go as far as to say Janet helped us find a new item , very reasonably priced in the black Friday event. Will definitely be visiting again and hope to deal with Janet or any of the other helpful professional staff we met during our visit.

Had my eye on a Raymond Weil watch on their website but it wasn't in the Belfast store when I gave them a ring. Bridget went out of her way to get the watch for me from another store. I viewed and bought the watch today and was served by the very helpful and knowledgeable Debra. Overall a first class experience.

I had a really lovely experience today in the belfast store with a young lady called Ebony. she was so helpful and knowledgeable with picking out a gift for my daughter a beautiful gold bracelet. Will definitely return to this store again

From the moment I first asked for assistance regarding selecting a ring to leaving having needed to change ring size, I was given so much time, consideration and patience by the warm and friendly manner of store manager Nuala. She is one of the warmest, genuine ladies, who did not make me feel under pressure to buy, rather took time to hold a genuine conversation about family. It felt relaxed, easy and welcoming, as well as a 'nothing is a problem' approach. I will most definitely be making return visits due to the great customer service I received here, with Nuala and Bridget.

Highly recommend this store. I was looking for a particular model of watch with a certain strap and Debra soured the exact model in another UK store and had it delivered to Belfast within days to try. Both Debra and Michelle were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Will return again in the future.

Visited this store a few days ago looking for a very special item of jewellery. Dealt with a fantastic and experienced sales assistant called Jeanette. She was absolutely brilliant. She was extremely helpful and very accommodating.The store itself has an amazing collection. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful staff here. We were buying a Hugo Boss watch for my wife as our wedding anniversary is coming upNuala, the kind lady who was dealing with us was very professional and helpful. She gave us a 50£ voucher for our next visit.Definitely will visit again soon
