I recently purchased yarn from SewProCrafts and it arrived vacuum packed to New Zealand. It never bounced back was flat and marked! The owner will not refund unless it is sent back which will cost $60! Very dissatisfied with receiving damaged yarn which cannot be used. Not professional at all.

First time dealing with this company via eBay, and as you never know with a company you've never dealt with before you're never quite sure. I needn't have worried. I had a slight issue when I thought my parcel, tracked as delivered, seemed to be missing. Called the company up the lady that answered couldn't have been more helpful. Within 24 hours they'd established where my parcel had been left and all was sorted. 100% recommend this company and will use them without hesitation again when I need further supplies.
