The Swarm

Absolutely fantastic coaster, has a great layout with amazing theming all around the station and the track itself. I love the near miss elements such as going through the billboard and going under the plane wing on the first drop. The views from the top are incredible too. 5/5

The best roller coaster in the park. The ride is very smooth, no stuttering, no cracking or squeaking sounds. Amazing scenery, very well thought. Managed to do 4 times in one day, the waiting times on this ride are short compared to others

The best roller coaster in the park in my opinion. As an overall ride and experience it is really good.It has its own island and when you walk in you are surrounded by lots of theming. Really makes you excited for the ride.The actual roller coaster is very good. my favourite part was the big zero g roll after the drop. It's buttery smooth and pretty intense aswell.The near misses you go through throughout the ride really add to it. My favourite is when you fly through the billboard. It feels like you're going to crash into it.I ride it 4 times, which felt like enough times. I tried it on each side twice and in the front and back. I liked it more on the back because it felt faster and was more intense, although I recommend riding it in the front and back.The Swarm is a short ride, but I wasn't too bothered about that. In terms of the theming and as a rollercoaster, it's the best you will find at Thorpe Park. I genuinely don't understand how this regularly gets the shortest queue in the park.

This is easily the best ride here. It's an awesome rollercoaster, with some great theming.It does get very busy during the day, so it's usually best to try and get on it for your first ride of the morning.There is very little shade in the queue line, so in hot weather, it can get very warm!

Great ride, very smooth and if your nervous about going on it just do it, its really not as bad as it looks I would not queue for over an hour however as the waits can get very long but apart from that absolutly spectacular ride.

This ride is just pure fun! It’s not actually frightening at all and in my opinion easily the best ride at Thorpe park for pure enjoyment. The queue looks bad if you don’t have fast track tickets. It’s worth getting as they didn’t check or tick ours off so we rode it a few times .

The Swarm is my personal favourite roller coaster in the UK, it combines intensity and fear with and smooth and comfortable experience. It includes 4 inversions with the most iconic (and my favourite) dive loop which offers great hang time from the rides highest point at 39 metres, soon dropping you under a great near miss element at a top speed of 59 mph. Overall this creates an amazing experience not for the faint hearted! A 10/10 from me and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely incredible!! The best coaster at the park by far, the theming is insane and the seats are the most comfortable I have ever had on a roller coaster. The ride is incredibly smooth and beyond perfect in every way. Absolute amazing coaster!

Loved this ride, but man, those wait times are insane... 2 hours for a 1 minute ride in red hot weather really spoiled the day sadly :(
