We have used Techniglaze twice in the last year, firstly for a single door and window and then with the larger task of replacing all the remaining windows and doors. On both occasions we would give a high rating for both installation and service. The early insight and guidance and after sales contact have also been very good.

Techniglaze have been great, we visited the showroom initially to look at options, and to arrange a measure up.Initially we were expecting quite a wait to have our door installed, however a slot came up early and we booked in.The chaps that arrived to fit the door were also brilliant, and had the job done in good time and kept everything clean and tidy.Thoroughly recommend Techniglaze if you are r looking for a new door or windows.

We are slowly replacing all our wooded 'Georgian' style wooden windows with easy to maintain plastic ones. Techniglaze have been my main supplier of the small double glazing units I have needed over the years which I take as a sign that they are pleased to help even if it is not a big order for them. Two of our windows had so many units 'blown' with matching wood, we decided to replace the whole windows.What a great decision - Techniglaze could not have been more helpful and efficient in the ordering and measuring process and the fitting was so good with 2 delightful, cheerful, competent people who took so much care to ensure the job looked good - and it did.Great job - don't hesitate!

Techniglaze have been great!The pre-quote visits were brilliant and we were given different options and suggestions all done with a friendly and professional manner. Once we accepted the quote, we had a very nice man come and measure the windows.We weren't sure about the type of glass we wanted for the back door and were invited to visit the showroom. The showroom was well laid out with physical doors, windows and glass types which made it very easy for us to choose what we wanted.The installation team, lead by Joe (who was clearly a very experienced window fitter) were with us for a few days and all three of them were wonderful. They were cheery, hard working, professional and did a fantastic job (and left the house clean and tidy too!).And now, as the summer turns to winter, we are feeling the benefit of the heat retention and have great looking windows too!Thanks so much Techniglaze and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Have been wanting new windows for sometime now, but not sure who to go with after having bad experiences in the past with some companies. We Decided to contact Techniglaze for a quote, and made an appointment to visit the showroom. We were not disappointed, we were met by a polite young gentleman who showed us around, and was very pleased with the quality of the windows on display. We made a decision their and then to go ahead and was told it would be around 16 weeks before fitting. We had a phone call after 12 weeks that our windows could be fitted. The fitter was polite and did a very good job considering some of the window opening sizes varied and some of the walls was out of upright. Overall am very pleased with our new windows and would not hesitate to contact Techniglaze again.

Some straightforward installations, and some a lot more complex, but they excel in what they do. Everything they do from the customer service at initial enquiry stage, through design and installation is nothing short of first class. Right from the word go Techniglaze have been brilliant. I received a quote the day I enquired about new French doors, received a warm welcome when my husband and I visited the show room, and any technical questions we had were answered there and then. We certainly feel you get what you pay for - we had received a cheaper quote with another company but the product was inferior and the service not as good as Techniglaze. At the time of our quote we were informed there would be a 16 week wait, but we were happy to wait as we felt high demand is a good sign! We were thrilled to receive a phone call that our French doors were ready to install a month earlier than expected. The fitters were prompt, polite, and have installed the doors very neatly. I received a follow up call the day after to make sure we were happy. We couldn’t be happier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Techniglaze or use them again in the future.
