22nd December our TV aerial failed, we called Simpsons Multimedia and by 3pm that day we had a fully functioning TV. Excellent service was completed by Lee. Lee was efficient, polite and went the extra mile to ensure we had a TV before the festive season. Just wanted to say a huge thank you for a truly excellent local service.

Brilliant job! Had an aerial fall off the chimney and lodge itself on the roof, very hard access due to height of house, and poised dangerously over the conservatory! Job was done quickly, with no fuss and at a very reasonable price. Don't hesitate, this is a good company. I'm not usually one for posting reviews, but credit where it is due.

Brilliant service. Thank you. Emailed Alan Simpson on Thursday and received an immediate reply to say that a satellite dish could be supplied and fitted on the same day or on the Friday if we preferred and this excellent quality of service in the week between Christmas and New Year. Within just a few hours of contacting Alan the new dish had been installed and we had a fully functioning TV again. We always go to Simpsons when we need any type of aerial fitting or TV repairs. Their team of engineers always provide excellent customer service, fast, friendly, professional and their prices are very competitive. We highly recommend Simpsons Multimedia.

I live remotely from my elderly mother in Newlyn who is not technically minded, but is lost without her TV. I asked Simpsons if they would replace an ageing and corroded Sky satellite dish that looked like it was on its last legs. Simpsons called my mum to make an appointment and within a few days it was done - for a very reasonable fixed price. An excellent service from a company I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon again.

Had a faulty and old TV and needed urgent replacement. They called in 30 minutes after my phone call and very soon afterwards a new TV was delivered and completely set up. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent, unbeatable customer service and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

I needed my aerial sorted out in Falmouth due to a mess up by Sky.I spoke to Alan and he advised me the one of his engineers should be able to attend later that day. That was very impressive. John duly arrived around 5.30 and set about finding the cause of the issues which actually were in several rooms. Around an hour later he had dealt with everything in a highly professional and very friendly manner and at a very reasonable cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simpsons Multimedia Ltd. I found them originally after a Google search.

Fabulous, prompt service. My elderly mother was devastated when she lost her tv signal recently. It’s a source of company for her. On hearing this Alan and Rich, who attended her house, pulled out all the stops to sort the problem with an immediate visit and then returned within a couple of days with all the ladders and scaffolding to fit a new aerial and retuning her tv . Result. One very happy customer. What a pleasure to do business with such a caring responsive company. We were pleasantly surprised with the reasonable rates too. Highly recommended

This is the second time we have had to call upon the services of Simpson Multi Media Ltd to do a complete installation of aerial systems and TVs, in all rooms, in separate properties. The customer service was second to none, great communications and product advice. The engineers were skilled, friendly and efficient. The complete package price for the work was competitive and reasonable. It was indeed a pleasure to do business with Simpsons Multi Media Ltd.

Such prompt, excellent customer service at a reasonable price as advertised, I cannot praise it enough. After the recent storm, my tv aerial was damaged, and Mr Simpson text me after seeing I'd tried to call and also responded straight away to my email even though he was abroad at the time! The next day, engineer Lukasz arrived to assess the situation, both the aerial damage, as well as another existing issue regarding the aerial cable which enters my home, and said he could carry out the work there and then. What a pleasant young man, efficient and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. He also returned when I contacted him after when I was worried about something, checking on this for me too.
