Having experienced a prolonged and nightmarish problem with my septic tank following the failure of one to the bad installation of the new one, I have had to call out Suckcess on a number of occasions to assist with the dilemma. Every time without exception, the guys have been fantastic. Friendly, eager to assist and going the extra mile and I'd just like to say a big thank you to them all for a first class service and top drawer customer care, a rare thing today. Don't hesitate to use this company, you won't be disappointed.

For a while this company was good but they then started charging us to dispose of 2,000 gallons from a bio unit that only holds a little over 1,000 gallons. (so twice the cost) They said if the volume they took was any more than 1,000 gallons they had to charge for 2,000 gallons because this was the way Severn Trent charged them. Severn Trent told me this was not true.On the last occasion I specifically asked them to remove just 1,000 gallons but the driver still gave me a ticket for 2,000 and when I disputed this his fairly aggressive response was that if I wasn't happy he would put it all back. I said to leave it and I would take it up with the boss but got no where. As far as I can see they have no accurate way of measuring what they are taking and certainly no scales on their lorry. So I would strongly recommend others to use any other company now but this one.
