We recently married at Preston registry office. From start to finish the staff at Bow Lane made our day very special. Both registrars were lovely, but in our case Christine Lee had the role of celebrant - and we couldn't have asked for more. Her sincere and genuine approach was felt by the entire party who are still commenting on her warm and heartfelt words.Only minor down side was the receptionist who can only be described as miserable when we registered our arrival.

Debora and Denisa who carried out our wedding ceremony were amazing. Beautifully read service and so professional. Thank you so much both of you for making our ceremony so perfect.

I have been trying to re-arrange a ceremony for the past 2 months but get no response from the Ceremony Officers Office for the East. I have tried to phone and e-mail to no avail. They have taken my fees some time ago. As someone who worked in public service for over 30 years this is frankly an appalling and shoddy...service?
