I contacted Fernando after reading some positive reviews online and seeing his name on the official assessor register. He responded to my email enquiry very promptly and offered me a competitive deal for an EPC and floor plan. He arrived on time and was very pleasant, showed me his ID, took his shoes off, and quickly and courteously gathered the information he needed. I got the certificate and floor plans back that evening! I'm really impressed and would recommend Fernando to family and friends if they ever need his services...such a lovely bloke!

Fernando carried out our EPC yesterday.What a genuinely nice person, he was respectful. courteous and explained everything clearly. He advised what he was going to do within the time-frame we had previously discussed He arrived a little early but rang first to check it was convenient.Fernando was extremely professional, explained about the billing process with different options on how to pay his extremely competitive fee and true to his word I received the EPC by email the same day.I am so glad that I chose Fernando and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional service.

Fernando, the EPC assessor, was very professional in his approach. He explained the EPC process and scoring regime clearly. He was extremely cheerful, polite and courteous at all times. We had a very useful discussion regarding green energy solutions. I cannot recommend Fernando highly enough.

Fernando Oliveira carried out my EPC today. He arrived in good time, was both courteous and personable and he explained what would be carried out.An extremely professional service throughout which only took under an hour. Fernando explained about the billing, his fee was extremely competitive. The EPC result arrived by email later the same day. What more could I ask. Highly recommended.

Fernando was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Appointment was arranged quickly, he was careful to explain what he was doing during the visit and was very professional and personable. Would very happily use him again (though hoping we won't need to for many years) and confidently recommend to anyone requiring an EPC certificate. When getting your EPC don't get railroaded into paying extra through the Estate Agents, go direct and pocket the saving, moving is expensive enough as it is!Maria and Mark D
