Half hour inside and out. Car glimming. First time using Sunrise car wash. Very impressedUsed Sunrise a few times now. Attention to detail. Cash or card. Always happy with the result

The worse service from a business I have ever received. If there was a Governing Body for car washing then this business would be shut down now. I went to this car wash as I have seen people using them. I required a full valet service as I am unable to vacuum my car and the super market car wash could not wash my car due to the roof bars I had. I waited in the coffee shop just over 25 minutes. When collecting the car I noticed a few spots that had been missed which I pointed out. The staff member was not happy about me pointing them out but cleaned it in a rude negative response. I paid the full price. When I arrived home I noticed that they had taken out all my rubber mats. I also noticed that my tyres have not actually been cleaned as the mud stains where still on. It seems they just jet washed with out soap making it look like they had washed it to me. I had to go back to them wasting my time. When pointed out the missing mats and dirty tyres they just again rudely wiped my tyres with a cloth. Im very unhappy with this service and would not recommend them at all.

One of the worst car wash I have ever been and I live across the road thought I’d try it .. no wonder it’s always empty.. and yes all these people that have commentedon here I’m sure they agree too.. 15 pound for a horrible wash in and out .. all these workers that work there all they care about is money and not customer satisfaction ..

The entrance is a sneaky one, off Barking Road where you will have to fall in line so be careful how you turn into the yard as it takes on two lines when in.There were two cars infront of me and one guy on each lane with two on the drying car.In total the experience takes a full hour and I only had the outside washed for a tenner.On arrival there is a man on the court who comes over to say hello and ask what you would like done. He then conveyes to the rest of the team.The wash was a professional one.I highly recommend the car wash but would suggest more hands to help speed up the experience.

Horrible car wash facility, left half clean and had to request to do more, then did it cursorily. Used clothes were used to wipe out which leaves a mark. Staff is rude too.

My go to car wash in this area. Friendly and good service. Reasonably priced as well.

The worst car wash in entire East London. This is after several visits. I have been washing my cars in London for more than a decade never ever I came across a worst car wash like this. Tyre dress is far away don’t even wipe the car properly. If you ask then give you a rude response and says pay £10.£10 FOR WHAT? Don’t go there.Now that you have responded to my review shows your attitude towards change. That’s a start. Hopefully you can keep up the improvement.

RIP OFF!! Requested a full valet service meaning seats, roof, engine, polishing etc..after giving them 1+ extra hour to finish the job (got told 4 hours, came after 5:30h) arrived to wait for another 30-40 mins, then got told the polishing haven't been done so they will discount 10£ on the total (80£) nothing shocking.Getting closer to the car I notice the car is on and the a/c is full blast, now I am paying for the drying of my car with fuel. not happy but whatever, next I notice there is one of those long black foams from a door frame (sorry don't know the name) inside the car, no-one knows where is from until 5 min later is discovered that was from the engine.At this point I decide to check the rest of the car just in case. open the boot and found my roof in the state you will see it in the picture. they tell me is just the glue and that it was like that before. look at them with surprise (obviously it wasn't like that before) but no-one is offering to fix it.At this point I realise i would never get a solution from this group of people so even with the car broken I decided to leave but guess what! there are no mats so I get off the car and try and get them. there you have 5 ppl looking for some car mats in that mess. After around 10 mins 2 were found (out of 4) and after someone drop the pearl: ..but when you came in there were only 3 mats" I am requesting money back to buy my mats and GET OUT OF THIS PLACE!!

I had the outside washed today and it was top quality and a bargain price in my opinion. The car was thoroughly cleaned and they didn't miss a spot. Kudos to the younger slim guy with the dark hair and beard that did all the work on my car. It looks great, thank you.
