I'm an idiot. I put a sharp piece of carbon fibre through a delicate wing. I didn't know what to expect, but I do know that I called three other sailmakers in the area to try and help, and not a single one returned my calls/emails. Moatt Sails took the wing, laughed at my idiocy, and then returned a brand new looking piece of kit. Great patch, I flew it 10 minutes after receiving it and I'm pretty sure its tauter than before... even better! Great chaps, I have no doubt I'll be here again...Soon!

Brilliant service - so quick and what a good repair. I damaged my Blaze sail whilst racing in heavy winds on Sunday the 4th September. I delivered on Tuesday, a phone call on Wednesday said it was ready and I collected on Thursday and so sailing again on Sunday 11th. Nicely repaired too with the same material and carefully arranged patches which conform nicely to the sail shape and look.

What can I say ? Had to wait 6 weeks but was more than worth it these guys are always busy and there's a reason for that they are very good at what they do once it's your turn the process is very fast they show up when they say they will and they get the job done not many people run there business like I run mine it's a delight plus they don't rip you off the price is very reasonable I would recommend Sam at moate sails all day long and twice on Sunday outstanding in every respect thanks guys paul jewell ( roof fix dorset )

Amazing service, Steve came to work early to fix a spinnaker for a world championships and had it fixed by 0830 for racing that day - the kite then went on to win the world champs so must have been a good repair!
