One of the items I’d ordered sadly was on the website by mistake. Linda and Victoria were quickly on the case to let me know, refund me and to despatch the item that was in stock. I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received, which you often don’t get from bigger businesses. I would recommend this lovely local company.

The item I ordered came perfectly packaged..and as was very delicate, great care had been taken to ensure it didn't get broken. I received a message to say they would post the day after Bank Holiday, which they did. I cannot fault the care this company gives to their customers and how lovely the actual item is. I would not hesitate in ordering from Coastal Craft again and would recommend them to anyone. Outstanding company. Well done and thank you very very muchxx

We had our daughters 8th birthday party at Coastal Craft making jewellery. Jean was a fantastic host and all the children had the best time.They spent an hour and a half making jewellery without a single moan or moment of boredom and then they then take it home with them.A perfect afternoon.One of the parents said it was easily the best party their children had been to.Highly recommend.Thank You Coastal Craft

I bought oven gloves decorated with beautiful Puffins, the quality is fantastic, the Puffins are beautifully done. The service was excellent. I would highly recommend shopping with them.

Such a lovely and unique piece! (Very useful light house jar to go in my sea-themed bathroom). Fast delivery and very well packaged to avoid damages. Excellent customer service with personal emails too. It felt good to support a small business.
