Both men arrived on time. They were neat, clean and very professional. They explained everything they were going to do prior to installation. They helped me set up various apps on my phone to connect to the various devices I had installed. All round, an exemplary service by a reputable local business. The service engineer was very competent and had wonderful customer service manner . Answered all my questions and gave good advice. Booking was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend Abbotts.

Very helpful throughout the whole process. We didn't know if we needed a new alarm or if it ours could be salvaged. In the end they used most of the equipment we had and then just replaced what was necessary. They didn't automatically sell us the most expensive equipment. Gave us options and broke down the price for any additional pieces of equipment we may want but at no point was anything pushed on us. The engineer was polite, professional and very clean and tidy. Would not hesitate in recommending Abbotts in the future.

Engineer arrived on time, was polite and extremely helpful. Upgraded our discontinued alarm system. Left our house as clean and tidy as when he arrived, so the wife was happy too. Extremely pleased with the service and highly recommend!!

Calum came to repair and service our alarm, he was really friendly and did a brilliant job. He took time to explain everything and nothing was too much trouble. As pensioners it was a pleasure to have old fashioned service. He even came back in with some treats for the dog. Just brilliant!

I carried out my research & liked the reviews regarding Abbott’s alarms.The website offered costs involved with installation but I requested a personal inspection prior to quotation.All very professional with a satisfactory quote offered which was easily acceptable.Paul the technician arrived on time, well presented & polite.He was fully aware of the installation required but double checked just to make sure.He proceeded & I tried to keep out of the way-very neat installation with no mess.On completion he explained the system workings, making it easy to understand.I feel very satisfied with the whole process & will certainly recommend the company in future.Many thanks for a job well done.

Found Abbott’s Security Alarms after a google search. I thought the reviews online were very good. The company is not local to me so I called the office and spoke to Nicola who offered clear information and confirmed pricing for my alarm upgrade. Paul the engineer was superb. Arrived on time, carried out the upgrade and explained everything involved. Even left a treat for the dogs! The 5 star reviews are well deserved. I would have no hesitation in recommending Abbott’s Security Alarms.

I'm impressed. Very pleasant on the phone. Was told how much the work would cost. No fix, no fee. Engineer turned up within half an hour. Sorted my alarm, no problem.Terrific!The following Monday the alarm went off AGAIN. Phoned. Oh, different story. We are not smoke alarm engineers" . But they didn't mind taking my money

Had the pleasure of meeting Paul, who was a very nice, polite and very informative young man, who came to service our newly acquired alarm that came with the purchase of our new home. It was fair to say that the only thing we could do was turn it on/off and after googling the instructions, due to not being left any paperwork, they were very dazzling and not made much sense to us. Paul explained the workings of it to us with patience and in words that we could understand and also left us a sheet of basic instructions. He is a great addition to your team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your business to all.
