Absolutely immaculate service .Contacted them at 10am Saturday, they sourced the parts straight away, sent a man to get the parts from Meidstone, got back and cracked on the job, which turned out to be an 8hr job because of some broken bolts. They didnt hesitate going to their garage 2 times to repair the part so we dont have to get the new one and also at very fair price.They genuinly try to help and do the job as good as possible , not trying to rip off foreigners like most of the mechanics do.10/10

Full marks to the driver who made a delivery to me today, reversing down a narrow lane as far as possible and then offloading the goods and using a trolley for the last 50 yards.

I am pleased to see that this companies customers give good reviews.For a business that clearly cares about its public image, our experience on Tuesday 13th April with the pictured vehicle probably wont help.Parked completely blocking the pavement right onto a busy junction was not appreciated.To make things worse, when we suggested that parking like this was very inconsiderate, the driver hurled a string of abuse and swearing at my wife, which was unnecessary and totally out of order.Perhaps the driver needs some managerial guidance on parking and consideration for the public??

The best help we received when our campervan broke down last week.SOS International did close to nothing. Insurer and rental company got lucky. Shane fixed it on the spot within 2 hours!We got home to friends and family without significant delays - thanx to one man (and Olly). Give this man a raise.

Just had a delivery to site of some pumps we were waiting on. Bill from Roland and Barton was professional and efficient. This company obviously takes pride in what they do and it showed. No issue wearing site P.P.E. which most other companies don't have, a pleasure to have them on my site.
