Craig and team were superb from initial contact through to install and ongoing support of an alarm, immobiliser and tracker.The quality of the install is faultless and was really competitively priced. Craig arrived exactly when he said he would and spent time showing how all the features worked.They even installed (unplanned) a complex new head unit on the day without an drama and made it look easy. Nothing was too much bother.Craig even helped out with user issues (all my fault) after install late into evening whilst he was on holiday!I’ve already started recommending SDR to other people and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Outstanding work and are the benchmark for what good customer service should look like.
