I went in to get a 2023 Harley Davidson Sportster S, and Mr. Daniel Hadden assisted me in everything I had to do the instant I went inside the dealership! Glen is great salesman. He was able to answer every question we had. If he didn’t know the answer when we asked, he found it quickly. He never pressured us into trying to buy something we did t want. He was very patient with out two young children as well. If you’re looking for a new car on Mildenhall or Lakenheath, Glen is the man you NEED to see.

Working with Glen was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Right from the beginning he helped us find the exact car we were looking for and was very knowledgable about the whole process. He was extremely flexible when I had to change meeting times multiple times with late notice and always found time to talk with me about the questions I had. Overall Glen made the buying experience smooth and hassle free.

Don't get me wrong, Glen was fantastic, polite and very helpful!The problem really lies with Light Conversion aspect if you're getting a US Spec vehicle carefully reevaluate your plans. Something needs to be done about the process. After the paper work is finalized and the down payment is secured. You're pretty much left in the dark. Your car's at some random shop in the area in a lot or behind a gate sitting outside somewhere. Which wouldn't be an issue if it was a day or two at most but if you put a down payment down and you're waiting in a que for weeks and your first monthly car payment is coming up and you haven't even seen or driven your new car that's a problem! Especially when it feels like pulling teeth just to get updates from both parties being MAS and the auto shop. You're just told to sit back and wait not knowing the status of what's going on a weekly basis unless you start interrogating them. At best I'd say just wait until you get back stateside for better service or try and get ahead of it and see if you can avoid Mildenhall Auto Centre Ltd light conversion services at all costs. Unless you want to be waiting weeks on end and starting your monthly payments without your car, that's hasn't been insured yet because you need the license plates that haven't been provided because you're in a line behind people due to the fact that the auto shop does a maximum of a vehicle or so a day pretty ridiculous honestly. Just a fair warning...giving the truthful experience I had this summer calling it how I see it.
