This is the first taxi I have used since moving across to South Yorkshire, and I have found the driver's both to Montague hospital very friendly and efficient.Especially as I have now found the app which allows card payments.

Pre-booked a short journey via the app. All went well, app easy to use and friendly driver. One star short as the taxi was about to leave 5 minutes before we were due to be picked up. Thankfully we left early and caught him otherwise it’d have been a walk home. We didn’t get any notification via text or call that the driver had arrived.I would recommend them and would use them again.

I use the App which is fabulous. I made the request and the taxi arrived within one minute as stated on the App. The driver was most corteous and the cab was spotless. A good ride!!

I called about 2 hours in advance.Asked for a taxi for 5 passengers and at the agreed time a car that can only take 4 people showed up. The operator kept arguing with me I said only 1 passenger.Venture used to be reliable but it's been something else lately.

The meter read £19 but charged me extra for service fee? The meter already starts at £4 something so what was the real reason ? Tried to be condescending by asking if this is my first time booking taxi after questioning him.

I used this company tonight after work in emergency because my bus didn't arrived, after 5 min from booking the taxi arrived, the driver called me and stayed on the phone with me until he found me (about 30 sec) because I couldn't give an exact location due to a lack of landmarks . My journey was smooth, I didn't had any cash so I asked the driver if he could stop at a cash machine, everything was OK. Thank you

Taxi was on time and an estate car was sent as requested. Driver helped load and unload our wheelchair without making us feel rushed. Clean vehicle and booking via app was easy and convenient, will use again in the future.

As Venture refuse to take complaints here is the truth of this company that I have used for a long time.I have had multiple instances of being lied to from your customer service agents, I have been messed around with taxi bookings - to the point where I was waiting for 3 hours for a taxi in the heavy rain back in March and now your agents tried to accuse me of lying and blaming me when I had admitted to my mistake but the agents could not take responsibility for their own mistakes and actions.2.30am 21st October - My friend was ditched by your driver going from my house to his house for just pointing out that the road had been flooded all day.When i rang up to complain your CS Advisor was so rude and refused to help. I pointed out that I have issues with the email and website snd he kept interrupting me and blaming me, which an advisor should never do.
