Robbie came to give me advice on whether or not I needed a new garage door, as mine was warped and wouldn't close or lock. After he'd worked on it for 15 minutes, it now closes and locks. He didn't try to push me into ordering a new garage door and gave me advice on something else that may need looking at by a builder. Very satisfied customer.

The fitters arrived on time, they worked quickly and efficiently with minimum disturbance to us. The quality of their work was excellent. Could not rate highly enough. I had a problem with my electric roller door and Rob came out the same day to rectify it. After resolving the problem he could’ve easily advised me to have masses of unnecessary and expensive work carried out but instead gave me some honest and professional advice that worked for me, which most companies would never do!Would recommend for anybody looking for garage door repair or installation work in york, five stars all day long!

I first called Rob as I was having problems with my old roller shutter doors (fitted 18 years ago by another company), he came promptly and fixed the problem. Then a few months later sadly another one failed so I decided rather than repair them it was probably the right time to replace the whole lot. What a great job Rob did in supplying and fitting my new garage doors. Really pleased with them. Would highly recommend, a true gent !

Our garage door broke and to make it worse we lost part of the mechanism. I phoned Rob at Premier Garage doors and he asked me to send him photos of the door. He then came the next day and repaired our door. Many thanks Rob you delivered outstanding service.

Robbie has just fitted a new insulated roller shutter door for us. He came out before Christmas to quote, gave us some really good advice and a couple of options and at that point we felt we were in good hands.
