Rock A Doodle Do - Belfast Hot Sauce
Every sauce that I have purchased has been fantastic. Since I don't like very hot, Don't Give In has been my 'go to' sauce for eggs, avocado toast, and anything that I want some zing. A friend loves the really hot ones, like Disaster Button. I recently got Just Give In and it's quickly becoming my favorite. Working with Dave has been a real pleasure. He has gone out of his way to help get the sauces to me in the US. I highly recommend Rock A Doodle Do and particularly, the Snow Patrol line of sauces.

Rock A Doodle Do - Belfast Hot Sauce
I am a big fan of the Snow Patrol hot sauces. They are the best hot sauces I have ever tried. The service is excellent. Very quick responding time, very friendly, and I even received recommendations on sauce and food pairings. I highly recommend the business and their products.

Rock A Doodle Do is the best hot sauce on the market! If you havent tried it yet and your into your spicy food or just real tasty food you need to give it a try asap. Its fresh and its local. I first tried it in St George's Market. My personal favourites are the Dunvilles Whiskey Maple BBQ sauce and Chocolate Snow Patrol Hot Sauce. 5 star all the way, would highly recommend *****

We got the Death Ingloria version while on tour. I have yet to find something it doesn't improve. We tried it on fresh pineapple as a joke, everything is ramped up to 11 and it's so damn good.

Figured I'd jump in at the deep end and go for their Violent Intentions" sauce......yeah it was painful and will no doubt hurt tomorrow but the strong garlic came through

Irrespective of what you choose you will not be disappointed.The team at Rockadoodledoo are fab too - every online order arrives we’ll packed and quickly too. But if you’re lucky enough to be near Belfast’s St George’s Market at the weekends then pop along and pick them up in person - not to mention getting to try some on their absolutely delicious tacos.

Rock A Doodle Do - Belfast Hot Sauce
Been going here for a year or so now at the st Georges market - strongly recommend the sauces. There is a good variety of heat and flavour profiles from mild to fever dream. Personal favourites are fear the reaper and violent intentions! The intentions can come with sausages which are absurdly spicy but burn so damn good. The sauce itself I splashed into a spagbol and to say it made the dish pop is an understatement - definitely worth your time to try at the market or from the website!
