Excellent home care services. A very compassionate and professional carer has been looking after my mum for a while and we are very happy with the care provided.

Care4care have been looking after my mum for the past few years. Not only are they very professional and efficient but they are also kind. There kindness has also extended to my father and have made his life just that little bit easier. We are so grateful as it has meant we have been able to keep mum in her beloved home...I should also mention that whenever I have contacted Vivian, the manager, she always responds very quickly even on the weekend I would highly recommend Care4CareHazel

I would Like to say I entrusted the Care4care Agency with my Mothers package of care around 2019.My Mothers needs were attended extremely well throughout the four years she remained in her home.I built a relationship with Vivian the manager that will always be appreciated and respected. She went out of her way as a caring manager who helped a lot.Especially when the going got tough.My Mother could become very difficult and frustrated at times. She became very fond of Vivian and a range of different girls/ Careworkers that she considered friends, also.I think I got lucky because My Mother/Father in law have a package of care from a different agency and they are not very good to say the least.My thanks go out to Vivian, Fatee, Flash and all the other carers that helped with Mum.Vivians response time via phone was always very good as was her personal visits to see Mum.Also, her judgement calls when my Mother became sick and in need of hospital treatment, was also very good.She's very professional and good at her job.My mother resides in a nursing home now and this followed a bad spell in the hospital in January.Vivian and Fatee showed love & support to my Mother long after she had left the agency.Fatee rang numerous times to see how my Mum was and Flash visited my Mother in Kingston hospital years before.Care4care and Vivian made a huge difference helping.It's been the hardest four years i've had to deal with and it could have been much worse without a caring Care agency.Thank you so much.

I cannot praise Care 4 Care Services enough for their end-of-life care. The carers treated my mum, Grace, with the upmost kindness and compassion until she moved into a care home to be closer to us. They made our lives so much easier and gave us the chance to spend quality time with Mum. Charlotte, in particular, always seemed to be able to make mum smile. There was always a lot of laughter whenever she came to the house. Thanks for everything. Jane and David

My daughter was cared for by Vivian and her team for the last two weeks of her life.She was discharged from hospital to home and had a live in carer Charlotte.Charlotte looked after my daughter as though she was her own family she showed great compassion and kindness. She was also very professional looked after all physical and mental needs in a caring practical way. The family were also considered at all times.We cannot thank Vivian enough for taking my daughter on as many agencies could not deal with her needs. Vivian said she could not leave her in hospital she had to be given a chance .Once she had passed Vivian and Charlotte were in constant touch and attended her funeral which was a great comfort.We have used other agencies in the past and this outshines them all.There were several team members sorry I cannot remember all names but you all deserve a medal.Thank you team

Dear Sir/MadamI am just writing to thank your staff Peter and Kodjo for their time and dedication to my late father Ron.They took the time to get to know him and understand his sometimes difficult ways.I could not of wanted better care and cannot thank them enough.They kept me updated daily when I visited and contacted district nurses/ambulances/pharmacy on their own initiative when needed in urgent situations.They are a credit to your team.YoursMrs S kennedy

The team under Angela's leadership provided wonderful care for my Mother at her time of need, allowing her to be at home with my Father for a precious few weeks. Joyce, Beatrice and Cecelia showed great kindness towards our whole family as well as looking after our Mother so well.

I used Care4Care’s services for my mum’s domiciliary care needs in the last year of her life, which enabled her to remain at home, where she wanted to be. They went to great lengths to ensure continuity of care and of carer. Mum considered her carer a friend.Care4Care staff were very flexible, kind, patient and accommodating.

Rarely in your life do you meet someone so special and willing to give so much of themselves to a person who they have not met before. We have met a whole team! We were lucky enough to be assigned a live-in carer for my mother recently when she was released into palliative care from St.George's hospital as a 100 year old End-of-Life patient. We were put in touch with Care4Care. Not knowing what we were doing, my sister and I were delighted to have complete reassurance from the District Nurses and Care4Care - working in conjunction with each other and taking all our stress away. We were phoned regularly to see if there was anything else we needed help with. Their team was extremely supportive of us and each other. Mum was not happy to suddenly lose her independence and be reliant on others and did not make life easy for them all to begin with. The Carer that was given the live-in-care for Mum was beyond amazing. She sat with Mum, holding her hand day AND night for 5 weeks. She went beyond anything we could have hoped for, treating her as her own Mother and just wanting to be with Mum so that she never felt alone. She prepared anything that Mum might have francied to eat or drink and they became very close. The whole team who came to help Mary with washing and changing Mum and the bedding worked so well together, always very respectful of Mum and us and enjoying what conversation Mum could manage with them. Nothing was too much trouble and they were completely trustworthy. I cannot recommend them enough for the care they gave Mum. Her great wish was to remain at home until she died - very peacefully - without pain and so well looked after. We her daughters are so very grateful to all @ Care4Care and particularly to Mary for her 5 weeks of day and night care. Bless you all. Patricia andJo-Anne.
