If there is a definition of excellence regarding alterations then I have experienced it today. I collected a bridesmaid dress for my granddaughter that originally fitted her nowhere, too big, too long and basically needed remaking. She’s 21 years old with a perfect figure and when she tried it on this morning, completely transformed I had tears in my eyes. It looked like it had been tailor made for her. I recommend 100% this outstanding establishment, professional ,welcoming, personal service second to none , thank you so very much to everyone.

Wow what a magical experience at Magic sisters for my twin sisters wedding dress alterations. So friendly and make everyone very happy. Even offered to steam my bridesmaid dress! I have just had my wedding dress back from Magic Stitches. They did both my wedding dress and my evening dress and have worked absolute wonders. I fit into them now and feel amazing. The staff were so lovely and made me feel so at ease and like I was one of their friends while trying on my dress. Such a welcoming business. Thank you so much!

I purchased three peers of formal trousers on Amazon. The measurements were different to those I've purchased in store so, they came too long. I did not know what to do. I almost purchased others peers but, someone recommended contacting a tailor in the area. I found a few but, none of them were willing or able to adjust the length before Monday when my new role begins. I contacted Magic Stitches and they were very helpful. Magic Stitches confirmed they would be able to get them adjusted by Saturday. They were very careful in measuring my pants. Their customer service was one focused on care and my satisfaction as a customer. I felt comfortable to feedback when I needed changes in certain adjustments. They were very accommodating. Due to their standard, quality and service, I will definitely go to them again next time I need adjustments with my formal wear.

A perfect experience! Made my friend (the bride) and us feel so special. The staff were so kind and could do enough for us, even offered us champagne while we waited for our dresses to be steamed, couldn’t recommend enough x

I recently got my wedding dress altered here and I had a great experience from start to finish. Adam and Emily were so lovely and kind. Adam really listened to what I wanted and made every single change happen, he even kept the store open until 21:30 for me so I could go to a fitting after work! So accommodating and flexible. Really appreciate all your work and making my dress perfect! I would really recommend as they go above and beyond.
