Nice overall experience but not great results : the doctor said none of her patients had ever had droopy eyelids after Botox but mine did droop, so that was quite a disappointment. The forehead and frown lines are gone but now my eyes look more tired.

I have had a course of 10 treatments and the results are life changing! Would absolutely recommend this clinic. All of the ladies who have done my treatments have been so kind and nice to talk to. They are knowledgeable and happy to help with anything. There are always appointments available at the times you need which is so helpful with a hectic schedule. They kindly do a lot of deals so keep an eye on their website to get a good price - it’s worth every penny!

Went for injectable appointment which i booked and paid for a bout a month ago. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. The checked 3 separate times if i made the payment by three different people including the doctor. Once when i arrived, then when i got to doctors room and then before leaving. Not sure why this behaviour. The doctors work on injectable was ok so no problem on that front.I also did microdermabrasion before with the same clinic, TBH its wasn’t the same quality as I have been experiencing in other salons but I got the treatment during their sale period so at least I’m not that bothered about it. However, I don’t recommend it if you are paying full price for the microdermabrasion, you can find much better options for the same price.

I purchased a course of 10 laser hair treatments and could not be happier! I’ve had 3 sessions so far and the results are great already. I was skeptical because the price was so much cheaper than other places but so glad I went for it. Booking appointments are always easy and staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Didn’t have the best experience. Went in for an initial consultation with interest in the hydra facial. The appointment was a waste of my time and the stores. I know what the hydra facial is which is why I was interested in it. I filled out the typical paperwork then went and had a chat with someone about my current skin care routine etc. No allergy/skin test.My main issue was going to leave and book in for my hydra facial. Finally picked a date I could make work then was told that I had to pay in full for my future treatment I hadn’t even received two weeks down the road….that doesn’t feel right to me. I’ve had other facials in London and have never paid fully in advance for a treatment I haven’t received.Take a deposit if need be fine, but not the whole 200 pound. Won’t be visiting again and will see my other facial clinic in London. Disappointed.

Incredible bad service. Treatments only possible after consultation - however, nothing written about it on the homepage. You go there and you don't get your treatment.

Clean and professional clinic, the therapists vary from time to time but I always ask for the same therapist. I can highly recommend Charlotte - she is attentive, efficient and super professional, also very friendly and accommodating - with extensive knowledge on a range of treatments. See you soon!

I have been going to this clinic for 1 year and a half. Having never had the same appointment with the same person, I can say that most of the staff is not attentive enough. They ask you about your results and then give you zero feedback or explain what they are going to do. Some even rush your laser session, barely covering the whole area for hair removal. There is also very professional staff, but it is not the majority. It is necessary to train the staff better and provide more assistance to clients.
