I was in the Poole Moto store today. My goal was to understand which size would be perfect for me and how properly the helmet would fit on my head. I found the first seller's answer was rude, and it looked like he was being lazy to show me something when I asked for help. The first seller replied: Help yourself

Popped in to the showroom today to get a hands on look at their Royal Alloys. Not currently in a position to buy, but they could not have been any friendlier and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my enquirer. As soon as I am fully able, I will be back to see them to organize a purchase.

Bought a WK Scrambler 125 from these guys, Nick was phenomenal throughout the whole process in buying what was my first bike - excellent communication, really knew his stuff and made it an effortless process.Would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a motorbike - great selection of accessories also available in store, also had a good deal which got me a helmet, jacket and gloves for £200 which was a steal - will be back to by my ‘big bike’ soon!

Luke approached me and offered his help as I was after a brand new Royal Enfield. Unfortunately my local dealer was unable to offer an acceptable value in my part ex but Luke was so I pulled the trigger.Within 2 weeks I had the bike delivered to my door and I was away. Would definitely use them again, thanks chaos

As an older" returnee to motorcycling

Buying my first bike from them was like an epic dream.The driver was so excited on my behalf and of course friendly.Not 1 scratch on the bike, amazing deal.I want to relive the day my bike came over and over.

Promised return calls not made and all I wanted to do was purchase a scooter. If this is anything to go by then the after sales service is probably none existent.

Superb service from knowledgeable staff. Delivery of new bike bang on time from a very friendly driver who took time to make sure I was happy with everything.Would highly recommend this company.

I was told multiple times to avoid Poole Moto however on the phone they seemed reasonable and accommodating so I thought I would give them a go, however...I arranged my bike to go in for a Service and MOT and was told it would be 1-2 weeks max.My bike was collected and it took them almost a week before they put it through an MOT, which it failed and needed a couple of small bits done. One of these bits was a fork seal that needed to be ordered. After chasing a week later they told me the wrong part was ordered/sent and they needed to reorder, no explanation as to why this took a week.Another 3 weeks pass by with me calling a couple times a week to be told, it is being worked on tomorrow.After 4.5 weeks they finally called to say it was ready, with no apology around the delay and I had to push to get even £10 off.After receiving the bike back, I also discovered that some of the MOT advisories they said they would fix, they hadn't despite putting it through an MOT again. They also said they would replace the chain but this wasn't done either.Their workshop is poorly managed and the staff clearly don't care. I should of listened to all the people who said I should avoid them, as it turns out there is a reason they have a bad reputation in the area.
