Absolutely wonderful service from Jackie. She genuinely loves the cats she cares for. Our cat, Boots, is always well looked after - regular visits, checking that he has food, fresh water and lots of brushes and play time. She sends regular updates while we're away and it's peace of mind to know that someone is coming into the house each day.

We used Home Loving Cats for the first time over Christmas, as we had very recently got a rescue cat, and didn't want him to go through the stress of going to a cattery so soon after settling in. We were away for a few days, and Jackie was fabulous- having popped by a few days prior to fetch a key, check where things were kept etc, she kept us updated on how Snowy was getting on. We used Jackie's service again last week, and have two more dates booked into the calendar with her- I trust her with our home and our furry friend, she is a lovely person and clearly cares about our cat. Although our neighbours are all great, we wouldn't want to burden them with looking after our pet, especially longer term, and Jackie's rates are competitive with a (good) cattery. This, along with Snowy being able to stay at home, reducing his stress massively, means that we will be calling on Jackie every time we go away!

We have just been away over Christmas and Jackie looked after our rather shy and timid cat - we could not have asked for better care to be given. Every step of the way has been seamless and Jackie is a pleasure to deal with. All communication is fantastic, Jackie went out of her way to be helpful and professional and our cat was clearly incredibly well cared for. In the past our cat has hardly been seen by anyone coming in to feed him, but it would appear he adored Jackie and came out for attention and love! A huge thank you Jackie, we will certainly ask you to look after Scrat again and would not hesitate to recommend you!

We have been having Jackie from home loving cats for several years now to look after our indoor Siamese cat. Jackie often comes at short notice as we have to go to the hospital often, and I know I can trust her to look after our beloved cat. She goes above and beyond , playing with him,talking to him, comforting him. He always comes to greet her and is very relaxed and at ease around her. Jackie is a kind and trustworthy lady and I know my cat is safe and happy in her care. I give home loving cats five stars and highly recommend them.

Jackie looked after our four cats for six weeks; I was very impressed with the care and attention given before, during and after the visits. The preliminary visit was very helpful and reassuring - we talked through the individual needs of each cat and nothing was too much trouble. Jackie kept in touch the whole time, updating us on kitty wellbeing., which was very welcome as it’s so nice to know what they are up to. On our return, the cats were happy and contented; our eldest cat had even put on weight, which was great as she is normally a little bony!We were really delighted with the service and will definitely use Jackie again - the cats can’t wait!Thank you, Jackie - an excellent service.

I have two Maine Coon cats and didn't want to put them in a Cattery when I went on holiday so I contacted Jackie Keech of Home Loving Cats to ask her to look after them while we were away. The care she gave our cats was wonderful, she even went to the trouble of sending us a message almost every day for four weeks to let us know how they were.I would not hesitate to recommend Jackie to anyone needing their cats looked after. During a difficult house move we found ourselves living temporarily between two addresses due to COVID 19 lockdown. When restrictions were lifted we found Jackie of Home Loving Cats online. At short notice she was able to step in and cat sit for us and provide our newly rehomed cats with a routine & lots of affection!
