Repair work perfect; courtesy car was a 21 plate VW Polo with no marketing on the car - it was great; regular updates and I liked how the courtesy car is delivered to your door.The service and customer experience was great, defo 5/5.

I was instructed to use Fix Auto through my insurance and I was impressed with their service from start to finish. I received regular updates about how the repairs were progressing. The courtesy car they provided was decent (vw polo) and wasn't covered with advertising etc. The repair was completed on time and was done to a high standard. All staff were friendly and professional.
