I contacted Jay as a container of glue had exploded on the rear seat of my car.Jay was really helpful and advised me to drop it off and he would have a look. When I arrived, he had a quick look and tried to get glue off. He managed to get some off and said leave it with him and he would try and remove all of the glue. Worst case senerio he round replace the complete cover.Jay was so honest, instead of charging me the worst senerio he continued to get the glue off successfully and charged me minimum amount . Would highly recommend Jay for any car upholstery/Trim requirementsSteve
