I was recommend this companies services from a client of mine.Jon was great, very responsive and worked around my availablity.Figured out the issue and was really honest from the start. Even researched wether it was cheaper to fix or replace machine.Will be calling him again in April to fit the new machine and will recommend to my customers. Great service!!!

Whilst initial contact was fast, the service as guaranteed was not fulfilled and communication has been extremely poor (nearly 3 months since first contact). The service was to identify the fault and then return and fix. Once the money was taken communication was near non existent. There was an apparent delay in part however the time came and went for when this was supposed to come. Despite repeated attempts to contact there is no reply. The only option is now to request a charge back from the bank.

Pleasant engineer turned up, diagnosed what he thought was the problem , couldn’t fix it there and then so said he would go away and speak to Aga and get back to me, charged me £45, never to be heard from again. Gave up badgering them as most of my texts were ignored , did get one reply where they said they would get back in touch but they didn’t . Absolute time wasters, if they don’t want work fixing ovens why the hell advertise and waste peoples time and money? Very frustrating, would not recommend this company
