Very disappointed. Happy to chase your business and take your money but then don’t respond to emails. First issue was the trackers could not be fitted. They responded after a few months when we stopped the direct debit. Since they installed trackers for us, our van’s alarm now goes off on an almost daily basis. We have emailed and yet again no response. We have also asked for help as we don’t know how to use the trackers. No response. Waste of time and money.
