This salon is really good, the service is very friendly, professional and relaxing. I always enjoy the atmosphere and the salon is clean and cosy. I have had a great massage, lash lift and manicure and super happy with all treatments. Never rushed and the staff is knowledgeable and do a thorough job, regularly checking in with you. Also like their product range. Keep it up :)

I recently had a facial treatment at Body and Face Beauty Salon in Storrington, West Sussex. The face treatment that I chose to have was the Guinot Hydradermie treatment for men.The surroundings of the salon are very pleasant - the reception area is bright, clean, and looks very professional.I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, and introduced to Rachel who carried out the treatment for me.The treatment room was very comfortable, with soft lighting, and a softly furnished treatment couch, which I was encouraged to lay down and relax on.Rachel began the treatment by explaining to me what was going to happen - the facial treatment involved cleansing my skin very deeply, using a small electrical current, and some intense moisturisation.To begin with, Rachel used some cleansing creams to remove any dirt and grime from my skin. This was followed by several toning and deep cleansing creams being applied, and massaged into my face and neck area. A roller was used with an electrical current to deep cleanse followed by a massaging roller and oxygenating cream. This lasted for around 40 minutes.A massage was also carried out on my face and neck area, including an eye massage, and to conclude the treatment a mask was applied to my face and neck and left for a few minutes, whilst I relaxed.The whole treatment took around and hour and a quarter.The professionalism of Rachel, the therapist, and the atmosphere and surroundings in the room for the treatment, contributed to make the treatment superbly relaxing, and a thoroughly luxurious, enjoyable experience. My skin looked really healthy afterwards for a number of days, and felt incredibly soft and smooth. I would have no hesitation in recommending this treatment for men and women.

This is my go to place for an underarm wax. I've been going there ages now. I lost my bank card just before my appointment and didn't have any cash on me, couldn't ask if I could attend my appointment and pay the next day as they never answer their phone. Drove half an hour to get there, asked if I could pay the next day when my new card was sent to me and was refused. Wasted and hour of my day, paid parking and God knows how much fuel.If fuel stations have an Inability to Pay form, I don't see why other shops don't for this exact sort of situation. I can't even reschedule as I'm going away in 2 days. It feels like really poor customer service.

I've had my eyebrows tinted, waxed, threaded here many times and it was a lovely experience and I will be coming back many times in the future ;)
