The vet on tonight (08/06/2020) was amazing I brought my hamster in who had unfortunately broken his back due to climbing on the bars and landing funny. She was so very kind and sweet he has obviously unfortunately passed away on the way and she was so very kind. Gave me a little blanket to wrap in and told me I didn’t have to pay anything because he has already passed. I’ve never felt so upset but at the same time felt so cared about by someone in my life. Thank you so very much!!! You guys are amazing and If I could I’d give them more than 5 stars

I just want to say a massive massive thank you to the girls that helped me with my cat Stewie last night! Absolutely outstanding service they made me feel relaxed and welcome & I was so glad they gave me all of the answers I needed ❤️ Stewie is much better today and has used the litter tray, thank you so so much especially to Molly ❤️

Just wanted to express my thanks to Molly and the team at MNV. Molly was incredibly kind to us when we had to bring our cat in last week. Her updates were detailed and given in a professional manner. We are so grateful for the work they did in ultimately saving our cat's life.
