Rudest place I've ever been to. Stood waiting by counter (wanted a tea). Completely ignored by lady doing ice creams, the only member of staff there. When I asked about tea she just muttered something about the coffee machine. So I left!

From the moment I walked in, I felt like a kid in a candy store, only this time it was cookie dough heaven. It’s like stepping into a cozy, whimsical wonderland of cookie dough dreams. The cookie dough and hot toasted sandwiches are sheer perfection.The staff are not only friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable about their creations. I can’t recommend it enough.

Lovely lady served us (thank you Xanthi), friendly and helpful. We enjoyed delicious coffee, cake and one of their signature hot cookie dough sundaes (we had the triple chocolate one). Would definitely recommend.

Hot Cookie Dough Cafe
I enjoyed the cookie dough sundae – a blend of cookie dough flavours heated up with creamy ice cream added on top. The chocolate topping was lovely and a nice touch. Had a nice cuppa in there too.It wasn't very busy when we arrived and there was only one member of staff in working hard.

From far the best dessert place in London!! The cookie dough+ice cream was just delicious! I always bring my family there when they come to see me in London because I know everyone loves it!! Recommend 100%

An embarrassment of an eatery! The croissants we were served were stale and hard, the milk in the tea was off. When I pointed this out the girl serving just remade the tea and gave me the same bad milk in a separate container…! The girl serving us clearly did not want to be there, she could not have acted more bored.

We just came for a coffee but were enticed by the menu- Xanthie and Becky the waitresses were really nice and helpful even though they were busy, we really enjoyed the raspberry white chocolate sundae, such a pleasant surprise to enjoy a delicious dessert and hot drink! We will be coming back when we are in central London again

Staff were non existent to start with and when they were aware we we waited they continued to talk out the back. We ordered our food, they started making one of the 2 orders to then find the 2nd order had ran out of stock. We received a refund but if we'd know that at the time of ordering we'd have cancelled both. They weren't wanting our business and they definitely won't get it again. Order that we got could have also been better quality.
