Advertising 7-10pm for hermes, went yesterday at 7pm and this morning at 7:30am on both occasions saying service not available only between 8 and 5?? So why advertise 7-10pm. Very rude staff and unprofessional learn customer service before operating a shop!! Will not be visiting again nor recommending!

The customer services are non existent. Do not use MyHermes. There is no one to contact. They have taken money and not collected my parcel
