I recently contacted total trades to take a look at our leaking flat roof (3 in total), the company was highly professional from the very first point of contact. It soon became apparent that our roof was in a bad condition, and the previous roofer had done a really bad job using shed felt, and poor workmanship. Total trades provided us with a quote for a new GRP roof and trims, and we got booked in quickly for the work to be carried out. On the day, the team was fantastic. They arrived on time, was friendly and polite, took their boots off when indoors, and tidied up at the end of each day. Once the job was complete, they took away all the old felt and timber to dispose of, and left us with a brand new watertight roof with a 20 year guarantee. We are extremely pleased with the whole process, from first point of contact all the way through to completion, and would highly recommend Total Trades to everyone. They set a perfect example of how companies should operate, and have left us with total peace of mind. Thank you for such an amazing service.

We found Lee from Total Trades to be very helpful and professional in carrying out the Cork rendering of our property. The job has taken much longer than we had hoped due to the poor weather this year and difficulties with sourcing the Cork render. These were all matters beyond his control but he did keep us informed all the way through. The job was difficult due to proximity to other properties and Lee was excellent in his efforts to complete the work whilst maintaining good relations with our neighbours. We are really happy with the results.

Roof repaired really quickly and done well... Great communication - responded straight away to initial enquiry - which not all tradesmen seem to do!! Went to review the job on the same day. Contacted me to let me know couldn’t do the work on the stormy day as needed to be dry to apply waterproofing but did all the work on the first dry day... would highly recommend.

I hired Total Trades to come and look at a leaking roof valley. I had a bad leak and needed to constantly have bucket in position. I need to frequently monitor this bucket and to ensure it was emptied and didn't over flow daily. I have been struggling with this leak for months. I had 3 different roofers come out and do their best to fix it but failed. I was at my wits end!! Total trades was then recommended to me. After speaking on the phone and explaining what my issue was. a time and date was arranged. I was running late home and they even waited 10 mins outside for my arrival. Two men came to have a look Lee and Kev. I first showed them inside the loft and they took there shoes off before entering my house which I thought was very respectful. Upon looking on the outside of the house access was difficult due to my gardens position but they happily hop up there ladders and investigated. They were both polite, down to earth and even took pictures of the area that I was having trouble with and explained clearly what the issue was. A quick nip to the van and then up again and it was Fixed!!! showed me an after picture as well. no more leaks!! no more bucket!!! so glad I contacted them and shall use them in the future! Lee and his team have done a first class job. From the very beginning on providing a very competitive quotation right through to the completion of the work on time. Everyone is very friendly and hard working with attention to detail and leaving the site clean and tidy. I highly recommend them to carry out any refurbishment.

After calling on many builders to quote for damp/chimney issues we were having and getting nowhere (from pushy builders doing the usual intake of breath through their teeth to being told to apply damp covering paint!!) i called Lee at Total Trades.After a quick discussion over the phone i quickly realised that his company were the guys to do the job, he came to view the job a few days later and we further discussed the issues we were having and what he suggested as a repair. He was more than happy to explain the materials he would use and even brought a sample with him to show us how it worked! A quote was received and work was given the go-ahead!Long story short , Lee and his team were excellent, arriving when they said they would . Working around other trades we had at our property. Their work was of a very standard (we had a chimney removed from our roof and you wouldn't know there was ever one there !)As the internal work was very messy we were worried about the state of our house during and after the work, they were however extremely tidy , constantly hoovering and cleaning where they had been.All in all a fantastic job by an excellent builder.Were already planning future projects for him to do.

Lee and his team refurbished our external rendering with Corksol Spray.From the onset Lee was most helpful knowledgable always either answered his telephone or return calls quickly.The work was undertaken and carried out to plan. We are really pleased with the finished result. We would definitely use again for any building work in the future.
