My boiler was due for the annual service. The customer service I received was exceptional from my initial booking to the service being completed.I was kept up to date and there was an opportunity to reschedule the service if needed.The boiler was fully serviced by Saeed with no disruption to myself and Saeed explained what the boiler service entailed. Once the service was completed Saeed looked at my hall radiator which was not heating up and this issue is now sorted.I would fully recommend this company to family and friends.Deborah

I had booked a service for my boiler at short notice with S I Gas Service & Repair and was given a 2 hour window on a Saturday Morning as requested. I received a phone call in the morning to confirm the appointment and was given an exact time within the original appointment window. Saeed arrived exactly on time and was very polite and respectful.He carried out the service and explained what was being done. He had put down his own dust sheets and used his own vacuum cleaner and kept the work area clean and tidy.I would highly recommend SI Gas Service & Repair as he was reliable, punctual, competent and tidy.

Absolutely outstanding service. Very knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and professional. Made contact at 7 in the evening and by 9am the next day it was fixed with new parts. Lucky for us Saeed carries a lot of parts in stock. Highly recommended to anyone, a true honest tradesman, you don’t see many of them often. Prices were very fair, worth giving a call.

Amazing customer service, my boiler went down, without hesitation he new exactly what to do. My heat pump, heat exchange plate and manifold all decided to die on me and within 50mins all of if it was replaced and fixed (I had the parts). Most of the time was waiting around to make sure nothing was faulty.I have had other plumbers come out and mention they have '20 years' experience but didn't know as much as Synergy. 10.10 would call again!

I was impressed with Synergy Gas. They always answered the phone, and went around within two days. I will definitely ask them again to do any plumbing work.

Excellent service. No trying to sell me a new boiler - my 43 year old boiler was up and running again within the hour on the first visit. The repair required a new thermocouple which was one of the commonly required spare parts that synergy normally carry on their van. I could not be more pleased with the service.
