Great service when I had a problem after having our hotsprings hot top from new 8 years ago and now running perfectly again. Also great to be able to purchase my chemicals etc from Chepstow, instead of having to travel over the bridge to Bristol. Thanks again guys for all your help and ongoing support.

We went to the garden centre for a general shop. One of the hot caught our eye. When we went into the hot spring area the sales assistant welcomed us with a warm smile. I believe his name was Ben. We had a few questions about one of the hot tubs. Ben was able to answer all the questions we had. He was able to talk about delivery lead times and payment methodsTop job Ben

Fantastic service from the Chepstow branch of Hot Spring hot tubs! Nick and the team have been brilliant from the word go. Lots of good advice when we bought our Relay hot tub, great service from the guys that installed it and continued help and support to this day. Really can’t recommend highly enough, and love our hot tub!

The service was amazing, very helpful! I was able to get music installed on mine and it's amazing! Blasting Disney everyday! Not sure if the neighbours agree with my purchase but I love it!
