I had a 1 to 1 session with coach Adam who is super professional with a brilliant ethos! He is clearly very skilled and knows when to push and when to let up, with a natural sense of a humour and a knack at making you feel very comfortable. The gym is quaint but is clean and has everything you could need with plans for expansion. Great value session and was honestly a huge help towards feeling more confident for my fight night, thank you!

A great example of what a boxing gym should be. Coach Adam is attentive and passionate with his approach, he is capable of adapting to each individual’s strengths moulding each person to have their own boxing style instead of forcing them into a pre-existing one. There is a friendly environment with an air of excitement. Cannot recommend more!
